The Officine Mattio Bisalta is a lightweight, performance-focused gravel bike designed for riders who want speed and responsiveness without giving up useful tyre clearance. Designed and produced in Italy, it combines a Torayca T1000 carbon frame with clearance for up to 50 mm tyres front and rear.
This build pairs the Bisalta with a Shimano GRX mechanical groupset and Officine Mattio carbon wheels, creating a fast and capable setup for mixed-surface riding, broken lanes and rougher gravel.
At Port Velo Cycle Works we can help with sizing, cockpit dimensions, gearing, tyres and final setup before the bike is ordered. Custom paint options are also available through Officine Mattio.
