We support selected Cycle to Work Schemes and can help you choose the right bike, eligible accessories and the right setup for your riding.
If your employer offers a cycle to work scheme, we can guide you through the process from quote to collection and make sure everything is ready when your application is approved.

How it works
- Choose the bike and eligible accessories you want.
- Ask us for a written quote.
- Apply through your employer’s cycle to work scheme.
- Once approved, we prepare your order for collection.
- Collect from Port Velo and get riding.
What can usually be included
Most cycle to work schemes cover bicycles and many essential accessories linked to commuting and keeping the bike roadworthy.
- Bikes and e-bikes
- Helmets, lights, locks and luggage
- Pumps, repair kits, tools and some replacement parts
- Reflective safety equipment
A note on eligibility
What can and cannot be included depends on the scheme rules and your employer’s setup. As a guide, some items are commonly excluded from cycle to work applications, including GPS bike computers, cameras and non-reflective clothing.
