Aero performance without the usual compromises.
Speed, without narrowing the brief
The Vento RT is Officine Mattio’s aero road platform — developed for speed, but without turning it into a bike suited only to perfect roads and short races.
Its T1100 carbon frame combines aerodynamic shaping with low weight, fully integrated cable routing and a T47 bottom bracket. Clearance for up to 40mm tyres at the front and 36mm at the rear gives it far more versatility than the traditional aero-bike formula.
Available in eight standard sizes or with custom geometry, the Vento RT can be built around the rider rather than forcing the rider to fit the bike.
T1100 carbon
High-modulus carbon construction developed to combine aerodynamic performance, low weight and the responsiveness expected from a race-focused road bike.
T47
A threaded T47 system gives the Vento RT a modern, serviceable foundation while allowing the frame to retain the proportions required for its aero construction.
40 / 36mm
Clearance for up to 40mm at the front and 36mm at the rear gives considerably more scope for tyre choice, comfort and real-world road conditions.
Who is the Vento RT for?
The Vento RT makes most sense for riders who want an aero road bike, but do not want to give up versatility, tyre choice or the ability to tailor the bike properly around them.
A good fit if...
You want a fast, aerodynamic road bike for spirited riding, racing or long fast days, but still value wider tyres, customisation and a fit that is built around you.
We would look elsewhere if...
Your priority is minimum weight for climbing, greater emphasis on endurance comfort, or gravel capability. In those cases, other bikes in the Officine Mattio range may be a better starting point.
Built around you
The Vento RT is not a one-specification bike. We can work through size, geometry, cockpit, gearing, wheels and finish to create a build that suits the rider rather than simply selecting the nearest stock option.
Standard or custom geometry
Eight standard sizes cover a broad range of riders, with custom geometry available where a more individual solution is appropriate.
Paint and finish
Choose from Officine Mattio’s standard finishes or explore custom paint options for a more individual bike.
Complete build
Groupset, wheels, cockpit and finishing kit can all be considered as part of the build rather than treated as fixed choices.
Fit first
We would rather establish the right position and intended use first, then work backwards into frame size and component choice.
Sizing the Vento RT
The Vento RT is available in eight stock sizes from 48 to 63, with custom geometry also available. As with any performance bike, we would not choose a size from rider height alone.
We would look at your current bike, riding position, proportions, flexibility and intended use before deciding on frame size, cockpit dimensions and the final setup.
