Three levels of servicing, individual repairs and workshop services for road, gravel, hybrid and commuter bikes. We're in Portbury, close to Portishead, with local collection and return available.

Service packages

From a routine check and adjustment to a more involved overhaul. Full service checklists are available when booking.

Essential

£65

For a bike that's generally in good condition and needs a safety check and adjustment.

Comprehensive

£125

For bikes ridden regularly or due a more involved general service.

  • Broader inspection and adjustment

  • Closer inspection of component wear
  • Advice on parts requiring replacement

Premium

£180

For bikes needing an extensive strip, clean and overhaul.

  • More extensive dismantling and inspection
  • Cleaning and re-lubrication
  • Reassembly and component setup
  • Replacement parts quoted separately

Standard package prices apply to non-electric bikes. Unless stated otherwise, prices are for labour; replacement parts, fluids and consumables are extra. We'll agree additional work before proceeding.

Local collection & return

Free with selected workshop services. Can't get your bike to us? We offer local bike collection and return, subject to location and availability. Smaller repairs and other bookings are charged or quoted individually.

Please arrange this directly with the workshop before booking. An online workshop booking does not automatically include collection. Call 01275 244560 or email us about collection.

Winter Workshop Services

Two seasonal options, whether you're storing the bike until spring or riding through the winter.

Winter Valet Service

Standard £89 · Tubeless £129

Includes an Essential Service, full bike wash and clean, preparation for winter storage and an included spring safety and function check.

The tubeless option also covers removal of old sealant as appropriate, followed by fresh sealant in both tyres at the spring return appointment.

Ride-On Service

£89 Save 11%

Our Essential Service plus an off-bike drivetrain deep clean, for riders carrying on through the wetter months.

Normally £100 when purchased separately (£65 + £35).

Winter Valet bikes are stored by customers. The spring return is a check, not a second full service. Parts and additional repairs are extra. Tubeless bikes with sealant removed must not be ridden until the tubeless setup is recommissioned.

Which service should I choose?

Essential is for a generally well-maintained bike, Comprehensive is for more involved routine servicing, and Premium is for an extensive overhaul. If you're unsure what the bike needs, book a Free Assessment & Quotation.

Is collection and return included in the service price?

It's free with selected workshop services, subject to location and availability. Smaller repairs and other bookings are charged or quoted individually. Contact us directly so we can confirm whether your booking qualifies and arrange a collection time.

Are parts included?

Our service and repair prices generally cover labour. Replacement parts and consumables are extra unless a particular listing says otherwise. We'll agree additional costs before proceeding.

Do you service e-bikes?

We can assess selected mechanical servicing and repairs on suitable e-bikes. Contact us with the make and model before booking; standard service packages shown here are for non-electric bikes.

When will my bike be ready?

It depends on the work needed, parts availability and workshop schedule. We'll confirm an expected completion time when the bike is checked in.
